About Our Association
Our Mission
The mission of the High Point Educational and Missionary Baptist Association is to empower churches for effective Kingdom ministry through Christian education, leadership development, missions, fellowship, and outreach, so that lives may be
transformed through Jesus Christ. Our Association aims to reach, teach, and spread the Gospel of Christ though preaching, fellowship, classes, and sessions.
Our conglomerate of Baptist churches support a number of ministries that touches our local communities, our nation, and the world.

Our vision is to be a trusted and effective partner in ministry, equipping churches to
impact their communities, empower future generations, and extend the love of Christ
locally, nationally, and globally.
Our Focus
The High Point Association is missional in its focus. Our desire is not only to serve churches but also to help them extend their reach beyond their congregations. In addition, we collaborate with several organizations and initiatives that strengthen our
outreach and advance our mission. These include Lott Carey Foreign Missions, the North Carolina General Baptist State Convention, disaster relief efforts in several parts of the United States and abroad, and the Central Children’s Home of North
Carolina.
When you and your church give to these causes, you help expand the depth and breadth of your ministry’s outreach arm. You are creating opportunities for your members to touch lives beyond their immediate community and make an impact in
places they may never physically go, but where their support still makes a difference.
We are working diligently to ensure that every church in this association knows that you have a trusted partner in ministry. We are committed to providing qualified leadership, valuable resources, and meaningful support to help strengthen your ministry.
